When you have installed or swapped a battery and started the battery test in the installer app, the test may fail because of a timeout. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Turn off the battery by switching off the battery's safety switch. It may look like the one in the picture.
- If there is no safety switch, turn off the circuit breaker on the electrical panel. It may look like the one in the picture.
- Wait for 10 minutes.
- Restart the test in the installer app.
- If the test fails again due to a timeout, contact technical support.
