If a battery changes owner, for example if the house is to be sold, the current owner of the battery must confirm the change of ownership by email.
The email address must be identical to the one we have registered with the owner, and the new owner must be cc on the email.
The email must contain the following information:
- The battery's SC/SCR number, also called the unit ID.
- New owner:
- Full name:
- Email address:
- Telephone number:
- The location of the battery, i.e. address:
ServiceX will then send an email to the new owner with information on how to get started with the new system, register and log in to the XOLTA app.
